You will use your initial submission from Week 4 to complete the second part of your Individual Assignment. This is a report containing your analysis of your chosen company’s present strategic direction and recommendations. To complete this Individual Assignment: Use what you have learnt about the management of energy throughout this module to complete your Individual Assignment.
Your submission should be written as a business report containing your analysis and recommendations. Your report will need to include the following (2,000 words): A short description of the company (synthesised from your Week 4 submission) Description of your research strategy used to search for and find relevant data on the company Areas chosen for analysis (e.g. investment opportunities, risks) and justification for why these areas were chosen Clear description of the data/information you use Methods chosen to analyse the data and justification of choice Analysis of the present strategic direction Conclusions and recommendations for future or alternative strategic direction the company should take The documents should be double spaced, 10-point or 12-point font, with one-inch margins
