Instructions: Describe your notion of “a good life.” Outline the values, beliefs, personal experiences, and/or aspirations that undergird your idea of a fulfilled and well-lived life. Consider what one needs to attain your vision of “a good life,” and for whom this is—or isn’t—possible. What might enable some to attain your vision of “a good life,” and what barriers might prevent others from attaining it?
