This paper is a culmination of what you have learned in Units 1-7. For this paper, you
will select two different types of counselors that were reviewed in Unit 1. Please select
the two you are most drawn for your future career. For each counselor type chosen,
please identify the types of clients you would be working with, what approach(es) you
would take to serve that client population. If there is a counselor type you want to
include in your paper that was not reviewed in Unit 1, please get prior approval from
your instructor.

Instructions:

• Include a statement about the educational path and liscensure requirements.

• Identify at least one client population and at least two theoretical approaches that

specific counselor type would use with that population.

• Be sure to reference the appropriate code of ethics for that counselor type.

Repeat for second choice.

Requirements:

• 6 pages minimum, 8 page maximum, excluding the Title and Reference page.

• APA format, including an in-text citation for referenced works.

• At least two resources.

Be sure to read the criteria by which your work will be evaluated before you write
