There is a staple shortage from your current supplier, due to which your organization is unable to meet the needs of your customers. Shortage is adding to the stress level of employees and impacting their satisfaction with the operational needs. A new supplier will help your organization meet the emotional and practical needs of both groups. You are aware, there is a longstanding relationship with the current supplier, and that the Boss may be hesitant to change.
TASK: Write a memo to convince your Boss to switch to alternate supplier. Propose to attend a meeting with the alternate supplier on October 30 at 9:00 am.
